Every Sunday morning this summer, kids 4-12 are invited to join Abbey Jones and team for healthy activities that involve stretching, breathing and fun!
We’ll co-create asana stories, practice partner yoga, make pom pom art, find our dance grooves, & play games to cultivate a team mind while finding breathing therapeautics.
Abbey has been teaching kids yoga for over 2 years. She has refined her curriculum based on feedback from students. Her classes are focused on self-discovery and resiliency in the learning process.
