Community Yoga at Sleep Bedder was created with the intention of making self-healing through yoga asana available to anyone with the desire to practice.
For the physical aspect of yoga to be effective it should be customized to the individual so we work with easy postures that can be taken home and integrated into a daily routine in a setting that accommodates the individual needs of those present.
